Responsibilities
- Pack and Label: Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects and ensure packaging is secure to prevent damage during transit.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, packing machines, and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep packing stations clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Efficiency: Meet daily production targets while maintaining high accuracy rates.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
