Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F) using provided PPE and thermal gear
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy via provided warehouse management systems
- Monitor temperature/humidity controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to HACCP safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Perform cycle counts and stock rotations using provided scanners
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (thermal gear provided)
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts in cold environments
- Attention to detail for inventory control
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
