Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and organize inventory in refrigerated warehouses
- Maintain strict food safety and HACCP compliance protocols
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and basic repairs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Teamwork orientation and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
