Our climate-controlled warehouses serve the Greater Cincinnati area's food distribution network. As a vital team member, you'll ensure perishable goods remain at optimal temperatures while maintaining strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate temperature logs and monitoring systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas following HACCP standards
- Load/unload trucks with temperature-sensitive products
- Perform inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines for cold storage operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in temperatures 0-40°F (-18-4°C)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
