Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect equipment for safety compliance and report maintenance issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with 5S standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
