Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment following OSHA standards
- Conduct temperature monitoring and documentation of storage areas
- Perform routine sanitation and hygiene protocols for food safety compliance
- Assist with inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with team to maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) rotation systems
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper lifting techniques
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings/nights
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
