Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and document inventory conditions
- Sanitize and maintain facility hygiene standards
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety regulations
- Participate in quarterly safety training
Qualifications
- 1+ years cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail
