Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal refrigeration/freezer temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold environments
- Inspect and organize inventory using FIFO principles
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance
- Document temperature logs and inventory records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
