Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated warehouses
- Safely load/unload perishable products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and sanitize storage facilities following HACCP protocols
- Operate temperature monitoring systems and report deviations
- Organize inventory rotation (FIFO) to ensure product freshness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (40°F to -10°F environments)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Attention to detail in quality control processes
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred but not required
