Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated and frozen products in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and efficiency
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy and temperature documentation protocols
- Conduct quality inspections and report equipment/temperature irregularities
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and HACCP compliance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in sub-zero temperatures
