Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with 3PL partners
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce processing time by 20%
- Manage warehouse budget and control operational expenses
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues within 24 hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Proven track record of reducing shrinkage and improving KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
