Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Load/unload products from trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Follow strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing
