Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature controls in refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory movement
- Conduct daily quality checks on stored products
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts using WMS systems
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas daily
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly in cold environments
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
