Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones (32°F to -10°F)
- Safely load/unload palletized goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and organize inventory in cold storage areas
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment after paid training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Complete daily inventory reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid ID and reliable transportation
