Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature levels in cold storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document inventory movements and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts (early mornings/weekends)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
