Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Inspect and organize products according to temperature zones and FIFO protocols
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas to meet HACCP standards
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks with attention to product safety
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or temperature deviations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in temperatures between 28°F-40°F for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
- Flexible availability including weekends and early morning shifts
- Valid California driver's license preferred
