Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) provided by company
- Maintain precise cold storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Inspect and document inventory in refrigerated environments
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols for food handling
- Perform routine sanitation of storage areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team for efficient loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Commitment to safety-first work practices
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8-hour shifts
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior cold storage experience necessary
