Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining FIFO inventory rotation
- Operate pallet wrapping machines and shrink-wrap equipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per sanitation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
