Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse environments (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Inspect and maintain refrigeration equipment daily
- Load/unload pallets using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inventory management with RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document temperature logs and quality control metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to train
- Basic RF scanning device proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
