Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated warehouses
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move frozen products
- Inspect and document storage conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining cold chain integrity
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (32°F to -10°F)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
