Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy inventory safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trailers using proper forklift techniques and tie-down methods.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for all shipments and inventory transfers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus (we offer training).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
