Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain precise inventory tracking in cold storage environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Ensure compliance with FDA and HACCP safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods and packaging
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in refrigerated zones
- Participate in quarterly safety drills and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
