Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move perishable goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment to meet FDA safety standards
- Monitor temperature logs and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team to optimize storage space and workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work in cold environments (provided winter gear)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided)
