Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box sealers, and labeling machines
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Scan and process orders through warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of packages
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
