Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage units
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Sanitize and maintain equipment/facility cleanliness
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10 or Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in 40°F environments
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
