Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, label printers, scanners) efficiently
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity and order accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating warehouse vehicles)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
