Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and monitor temperature/humidity controls
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero conditions
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock rotation records
- Implement strict sanitation protocols for food safety compliance
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Forklift certification and material handling proficiency
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
