Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and store refrigerated products according to FIFO protocols
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in all procedures
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels hourly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Perform routine sanitation of equipment and storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification with 6+ months operational experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in 0-40°F environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
