Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones using provided digital monitoring systems
- Operate temperature-controlled equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks with specialized cold-weather attachments
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products while wearing provided thermal gear and safety equipment
- Conduct daily safety inspections on refrigeration units and emergency backup systems
- Maintain accurate inventory logs using our digital tracking platform
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA regulations for food storage compliance
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods (equipment provided)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through our paid training program
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems and temperature monitoring
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with provided ergonomic assist tools
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
