Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products (food, pharmaceuticals, biologics)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance protocols
- Perform routine equipment sanitation and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
