Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise 15+ warehouse staff across multiple shifts
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews and develop team members
- Manage warehouse budget and control operational costs
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor inquiries
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Valid Forklift Operator certification
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with OSHA safety audits
