Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones using provided monitoring equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) for inventory movement
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Follow strict HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Perform inventory audits using barcode scanners provided by company
- Sanitize storage areas using industrial cleaning equipment
- Document temperature logs and quality control metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation
