Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day shipping with precision
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Support inventory reconciliation and reporting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for forklift certification)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification training
