Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) provided by the company
- Maintain accurate inventory records in cold storage facilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP protocols
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments safely and efficiently
- Monitor and document storage conditions (temperature/humidity)
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F refrigerated environments
- Basic experience with warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Dr facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
