Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring equipment
- Load/unload shipments while enforcing food safety protocols
- Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance on storage units
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels hourly
- Collaborate with team to optimize storage space utilization
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid NJ driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
