Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and temperature-monitoring equipment
- Safely handle and organize perishable goods in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Conduct daily inventory checks using provided digital scanners
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols for food safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient load/unloading operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and perform basic preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
