Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and pallet jacks (equipment provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive goods using provided tools
- Perform routine sanitation of storage facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional logistics teams
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 35°F-40°F environments (light jackets provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with standing/walking
- Valid government-issued ID (required for equipment certification)
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Tradeport Dr facility
- No cold storage experience necessary
