Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products between -20°F to 40°F storage zones
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanning
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all cold storage operations
- Inspect and prepare products for loading/unloading while maintaining temperature integrity
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse workflow
- Monitor and document storage conditions to ensure compliance with quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage, warehouse, or refrigerated logistics
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and WMS navigation
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
