Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated zones (-10°F to 45°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Sanitize equipment and facilities daily to meet FDA standards
- Document temperature logs and equipment readings
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
- Report maintenance issues to facility supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F to -10°F environments
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- No prior cold storage experience required
- Background check and drug screen required
