Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using provided pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and rotate inventory in climate-controlled warehouses
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Sanitize equipment and work areas following HACCP protocols
- Monitor temperature logs and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members for efficient dock operations
- Operate provided cold storage machinery safely
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-0°F environments for extended periods
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
