Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily performance metrics
- Adhere to OSHA standards and Amazon's safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid state-issued driver's license (equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
