Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (provided)
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Inspect and organize inventory with precision inventory systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
- Perform routine sanitation and cleaning of storage areas
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs digitally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-freezing environments for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
