Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using provided hydraulic equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for food storage facilities
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with mechanical assistance
- Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to shift-based work hours
