Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer storage units
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (equipment provided)
- Load/unload refrigerated vehicles and organize inventory
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold environments
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Reliable transportation to industrial location
