Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records using our WMS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to our Riverport Road facility
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Flexible availability including potential weekend shifts during peak seasons
