Responsibilities
- Operate cold storage equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in refrigerated environments
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Adhere to FDA and HACCP safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments
- Sanitize workspaces and equipment regularly
- Collaborate with team to optimize storage efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
