Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled storage systems and refrigeration equipment
- Load/unload perishable goods using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy in cold storage zones
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Monitor environmental controls (temperature/humidity) 24/7
- Document warehouse activities using provided digital systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved cold storage certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or refrigerated facility experience
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Proficient in operating provided refrigeration equipment
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- OSHA Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently with provided equipment
