Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and speed
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless handovers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
