Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems to maintain precise temperature zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload frozen and refrigerated products using company-provided equipment
- Conduct daily inventory checks and quality control inspections
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and equipment per FDA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision in inventory management
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
