Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse machinery efficiently with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy
- Complete required paperwork and digital inventory systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
